What does the setup fee cover?

Discovery call, building your agent, integrating your tools (calendar, CRM, POS, phone numbers), QA testing, and launch. Annual plans waive it entirely.

How quickly can we go live?

Most engagements ship in 14 days. Restaurant menus and basic voice receptionists can be live in under a week. Outbound takes 2 weeks because we need to validate the ICP first.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Month-to-month, no contracts. We refund unused days on the current cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable but transferable.

What happens if my volume exceeds the tier?

You get a soft alert at 80%. We never cut you off — overage is billed at a flat per-call / per-message rate, or we recommend upgrading.

Do you build white-label for agencies?

Yes — that’s the Custom tier. We can deploy under your brand and let you resell it. Margins, dashboards, and support all included.

What about data and privacy?

Calls and messages are processed by us, then stored in your tenant. We do not train on your data. SOC 2 in progress; HIPAA-aligned workflow available for medical clients.
